High-performance steam-activated and chemically activated adsorbents manufactured from mature coconut shells, selected bituminous coals, and sustainable hardwoods. Delivering targeted pore size distributions for municipal drinking water, gold recovery, vapor scrubbers, and industrial effluent purification.
Every industry requires specific pore architectures and physical forms. We engineer activated carbon products formulated for maximum adsorption efficiency, superior mechanical durability, and zero-defect consistency.
Manufactured from carefully selected mature coconut shells activated through controlled high-temperature steam activation. Coconut shell activated carbon has the highest microporosity among all raw materials, with more than 80% of its internal pore volume consisting of pores under 2 nanometers. This provides an extraordinary internal surface area (exceeding 1,100–1,200 m²/g) ideal for the selective capture of low-molecular-weight organic pollutants, free chlorine, ozone, trihalomethanes (THMs), and precious gold-cyanide complexes.

Dispatched in 25kg HDPE woven bags with inner poly liner or 500kg FIBC bags from our Chennai facility.
Crushed mature coconut shell carbon in traditional mesh sizes (4x8, 8x16, 8x30, 12x40 US Mesh). Ideally suited for column-based liquid applications where high mechanical hardness and superior microporosity are required.
Extruded cylindrical formats for specialized air, gas, and vapor treatment. Extruded pellets provide exceptional gas phase adsorption for VOC molecules and solvent recovery with low system pressure drop.
Milled to ultra-fine particles (passing 200/325 mesh) to maximize contact kinetics in batch processes where rapid color, odor, and seasonal organic micro-pollutant removal is the top priority.
Manufactured from selected sustainable hardwood sawdust and lumber through chemical activation (phosphoric acid) or high-temperature steam thermal processing. Unlike coconut carbon, wood-based activated carbon is dominated by mesopores (2 to 50 nm) and macropores (>50 nm). This pore structure makes it exceptionally capable of adsorbing large-diameter organic molecules, humic acids, synthetic coloring agents, proteins, and caramel bodies.

Phosphoric acid activated wood carbon is the industry gold standard for large-molecule color elimination in process chemicals.
Crushed wood carbon in traditional mesh sizes. Ideally suited for column-based applications where the unique mesoporous structure of wood is required for larger molecule adsorption.
Extruded cylindrical formats for specialized air and gas treatment. Wood pellets provide exceptional gas phase adsorption for large VOC molecules and solvent recovery.
The primary format for wood-based carbon. Our PAC is milled to ultra-fine particles to maximize kinetics in batch processes where rapid color removal is the priority.
Manufactured from selected grades of bituminous and anthracite coals through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, and precision screening. Bituminous coal carbon features an optimal balance of micropores and mesopores, making it the most cost-effective and rugged media for handling heavy industrial wastewater, hydrocarbon polishing, and municipal water purification.
